As a Social Media Manager, are you posting for me?
Yes. Social Media Management is a ghost service. We are posting on your social media profiles, under your handles, as YOU. The only way someone knows it is me posting and not you is if you tell them.
What platforms do you manage?
Currently, Twitter, Facebook fan page, Facebook group, and Instagram for any brand. In selected cases, LinkedIn can also be managed. on a case-by-case basis.
If people ask questions, do you go in and answer them?
Off-course! The customer service part of social media is critical. We can’t leave your adoring fans hanging!
I don’t have time to use social. Do I still have to login and post?

How often will you post on social media?
There are different packages available, each with a different minimum posting schedule. The reason being, some people just need their profiles to look active, and some people want to strategically increase their following and sell some stuff. The level of posting is different for each objective.
How will I know if what you are doing is working?
You will know it is working by the objectives that you set, as part of your reasons for hiring us. For example, if you want to keep up a consistent presence on social media, you’ll be able to see your profiles look consistent. If you want to sell specific products and services, you will know it’s working by the increase in phones calls and inquiries.

How long does it take to design and develop a new business website?
It varies tremendously from project to project. The amount of time it will take to complete your company's website project will depend upon the complexity, size, goals, functionality, and design of a website—as well as your responsiveness and the quality of your participation. While very small websites can take as little as 4 weeks to complete, larger more complex websites can take 6 - 12 months and beyond.
Can you fix our networks or computers?
Sorry, we can't. We build great websites, but we're not the people to call if you're in need of computer repair, networking assistance, servers, etc.
Can you take care of our company's website hosting?
Absolutely. We currently manage the website (and email) hosting for the majority of our clients.
Will we need to have a face-to-face meeting to begin the project?
Whenever possible, we absolutely like to meet with our clients, however that is not only possible. When a meeting isn’t possible the websites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone. We place suggested website designs online via, our secure testing server for you to view the work in progress. This way we can have regular communication to ensure you are getting exactly what you expect from the NEX.
How should I supply the content for my website?
It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the copy in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the website. We will also provide you instructions on how to upload the material via Dropbox or email.
Will my website design be Search Engine friendly?
All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc. To gain maximum visibility by the search engines, we highly recommend utilizing our comprehensive SEO services.
Are there hidden costs associated with web design services?
No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, we work hard so that the outlined price quote is strictly adhered to. Web design is very much an evolutionary process and often clients change the scope of a project once underway. If the need to alter the price quote arises, we will communicate this to you before any extra work is started. If changes and/or additions are requested by the client additional costs will be agreed to.
Do I need a database for my website?
This will depend upon the amount of information you wish to be displayed on your website. If you have many products/services, then it may be advantageous to have a database incorporated into your website design. We will discuss this in detail with you and if a database is advised we will explain in detail exactly how this will work and the costs associated with this.
Will my website be responsive and mobile-ready?
Yes, All websites are built to suit, but in general terms, almost all of our websites are fully-responsive.

How much will a website cost?
